FAQs

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance. We request you submit your responses by June 25th.

How will transportation work throughout the weekend?

We'll be providing transportation from Kingston (pick up points at Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel and Hotel Kinsley) to Hutton Brickyards for our welcome party on Friday night, and cocktail hour / reception on Saturday afternoon. Although we'd love everyone to stay until the very end, we understand that's not always possible! Vans will make periodic trips to/from Hutton Brickyards in the event that you'd like to head home early. Parking is also available onsite for those who wish to drive. To minimize neighborhood traffic, we ask everyone to take our provided transportation to Kalina Farm for our ceremony on Saturday.

Pick up details will be included in our welcome bags, and will be posted on our website closer to the event.

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

We love all of your children! However unless your child is listed by name on the invitation, we ask that you leave them at home. Please note, our after party on August 16th is an adults-only affair. Please make arrangements in advance to tuck your kids into bed if you plan to attend. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to honor any plus one requests for our wedding weekend.

What are the dress codes for the events?

Our welcome party on Friday is upstate chic. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear slacks or polished denim with a button down. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy separates are great. We'd recommend a light jacket as it can get windy on the Hudson River at night.

Our ceremony on Saturday is garden cocktail attire. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear slacks with a collared shirt or button down. Ladies, think cocktail attire with lighter colors (pastels, neutrals, florals). Please take into consideration that our ceremony will be on grass as you think about your shoe choice!

Our cocktail hour and reception are formal attire (tuxes encouraged for men). If you need help or inspiration, don't hesitate to reach out to Maxine for her Pinterest board!
